Fitz & Heather
Co-founders of Create on Purpose, Matt Fitzgerald (Fitz) and Heather Moosnick have spent their careers at the intersection of media, technology, and social good.
Fitz is an award-winning strategist who co-founded and led the largest creator impact campaigns in history with MrBeast and Mark Rober (#TeamTrees, #TeamSeas and #TeamWater).
Heather helped build and launch YouTube Music, YouTube TV and Wonder Project and raised over $100M for new ventures.
